Registration fees

Register before Friday 24 February to qualify for the earlybird registration fee. To qualify for SGM member rates, membership subscriptions must be paid by Friday 23 March 2012.

Online registrations are accepted up to midday on Friday 23 March. After this time registrations will only be accepted onsite which will incur an additional onsite registration fee of £10/€12.

†CVN/AAB/ASM members are welcome to attend the entire meeting at the day rate specified.

Visa applications
If you need a letter of invitation for a visa application, then we will be happy to supply this after we have received full payment. For further details please visit the Visa application page.

Registration confirmation
An email confirming your booking will be sent within one week of receiving your complete registration form.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Tuesday 27 March at the Guinness Storehouse. It will include a tour, welcome drink and buffet and there will be a cash bar. Bookings for this event can be made via the registration form.

Badge collection
Badges can be collected from 16:00 until 19:00 on Sunday 25 March from the SGM Registration Desk and then on Monday - Wednesday from 08:00 - 19:00 and Thursday from 08:00 - 14:00.

Payment Information
All registration fees must be paid in full BEFORE arrival at the conference. Any outstanding registration fees must be paid before admittance will be granted to the conference.

Liability and insurance
Neither the organizers, nor the Society for General Microbiology will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during this event. Participants are advised to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.

Cancellations
Refunds are not provided, however substitutions of attendees can be made at any time by contacting the SGM Meetings Office.
